Effective date: May 8, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of gpt-image-prompt.com, including the website, GPT Image 2 generator, prompt templates, scene workspaces, public share pages, Open API, account system, credits, payments, subscriptions, and related services.
gpt-image-prompt.com is an independent product built around GPT Image 2. It is not an official OpenAI product, is not operated by OpenAI, and should not be presented or understood as one.
By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must use the service in compliance with applicable law. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account.
We may support email-password login and third-party sign-in methods. Email-password sign-up may require email verification and Cloudflare Turnstile checks. If you use a third-party sign-in provider, your use of that provider is also subject to its own terms and privacy practices.
Some pages may be viewed without signing in. Image generation, saved prompts, higher resolution generation, private generation, Open API access, billing, and other workspace features may require an account, available credits, a real paid order, an active subscription, or additional verification.
The service provides a focused experience around GPT Image 2, including:
We may add, remove, pause, limit, or change features at any time. The service may depend on third-party model providers, storage providers, payment providers, analytics providers, anti-abuse providers, and infrastructure providers.
You may submit prompts, upload reference images, provide public image URLs through the Open API, save prompts, favorite templates, and generate image outputs through the service. As between you and us, you keep whatever rights you have in your inputs and generated outputs, subject to applicable law, these Terms, and any third-party provider terms that apply to the underlying models or infrastructure.
You give us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, display, reproduce, and adapt your content only as needed to:
You are responsible for making sure you have the necessary rights to any text, images, brands, logos, likenesses, names, styles, references, URLs, or other material you submit. We do not grant you rights to third-party brands, characters, artwork, people, copyrighted material, trademarks, or private information that may appear in prompts, uploads, references, or outputs.
Generated image tasks are public by default unless you choose a supported private option before generation. Public successful images may be accessible through /images/[id] and may be visible to other users or visitors through a direct share link.
Private image generation is currently limited to paid accounts. Private tasks are not intended to be shown through public image share routes, but they may still be processed and stored by us and relevant service providers to provide the feature.
Published prompt templates may be available through public prompt pages such as /prompts/[slug]. Published scene templates and prompt examples may be available through /templates, /template, /templates/[slug], /model/gpt-image-2, and /ideas. Saved prompts, favorites, account history, and API logs are account-scoped features unless you publish, share, or otherwise make content public through the service.
You should not submit confidential or highly sensitive material unless you are comfortable with the processing, storage, provider sharing, and visibility settings involved.
Open API v1 is intended for paid account users who want to call supported image generation and account endpoints from their own tools. API key creation and Open API generation currently require a real paid account; gifted credits alone do not unlock API access.
You are responsible for protecting your API keys. API keys are shown only once when created, and we store only hashed or limited metadata after creation. You may not share, resell, publish, or embed API keys in client-side code or public repositories.
The first version of the Open API supports image generation from prompts and public image URLs where supported, task querying, and credit querying. It does not support local file upload through the API. We may apply paid-account checks, credit checks, IP blocking, abuse controls, provider limits, or other restrictions to Open API usage.
You may not use the service to:
We may refuse to process, remove, hide, restrict, suspend, or terminate content, tasks, API keys, accounts, credits, or access if we believe they violate these Terms or create legal, safety, payment, abuse, provider, or operational risk.
AI image generation is probabilistic. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, commercially unusable, visually inconsistent, or unexpectedly similar to outputs created for other users. Text, labels, typography, logos, hands, faces, product details, maps, charts, and other fine details may be wrong.
The service is useful for visual drafts, prompt exploration, creative ideation, template-based workflows, and reusable image generation patterns, but you must review outputs before publishing, selling, advertising, printing, relying on, or distributing them. For commercial work, you are responsible for clearance, fact-checking, rights review, privacy review, brand review, compliance review, and any final editing in tools such as Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or other design software.
We do not guarantee that:
The service uses credits and paid-account checks for image generation and certain features. Current product behavior may include:
Gifted, promotional, first-sign-in, referral, redemption, or admin-granted credits may be limited by anti-abuse rules and may not unlock paid-only capabilities. 2K, 4K, private generation, and Open API access require real paid order evidence where the product enforces that requirement. Frontend labels are for convenience; server-side checks determine final access.
If you purchase credits, a subscription, or another paid feature:
Simplified Chinese RMB credit packages may be sold through Alipay or WeChat payment routes and are currently one-time credit purchases, not subscriptions. Their package details, prices, credit counts, and validity rules are determined by the checkout page and server-side order validation at the time of purchase.
If you have a billing issue or refund request, contact support@gpt-image-prompt.com. We review refund-related requests case by case. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
The service depends on third-party providers for authentication, email verification, Turnstile, payments, subscriptions, payment gateways, storage, analytics, email delivery, hosting, security, and AI generation. Providers may include image generation services such as Replicate, ePhone, Apimart, or other configured providers.
Third-party products and networks may have their own rules, terms, data practices, pricing, moderation systems, rate limits, outages, delays, and technical limits. We are not responsible for provider failures, rejected requests, changed APIs, unavailable models, delayed callbacks, polling delays, storage failures, payment provider decisions, gateway failures, analytics changes, or other issues outside our reasonable control.
The site, brand, layout, software, workflows, prompt curation, template structure, documentation, API documentation, and other original materials we provide are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms do not give you ownership of the service itself.
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, frame, or create a competing service from our site materials, prompt collections, template organization, UI, API documentation, or software except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access at any time if:
You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections on payments already owed, intellectual property, AI disclaimers, warranties, liability limits, indemnity, public content, API keys, and dispute terms.
The service is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, title, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, business opportunities, reputation, content, images, credits, API keys, or expected savings arising out of or related to your use of the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of:
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless gpt-image-prompt.com and its operators, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator of gpt-image-prompt.com is established, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the service after the update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
If you have questions about these Terms, contact support@gpt-image-prompt.com.
